From Italy to North Beach
The passion for pizza began in Andrea Brunelli’s hometown in Italy. After moving to Western Australia in 2011, pizzaiolo Andrea continued to hone his craft. Established in September 2020 during the global pandemic, Maestro Sourdough Pizza started as a home kitchen serving friends and family. What began as a few pizzas for neighbours during lockdown quickly turned into a thriving business, necessitating a move to a larger location. Maestro Sourdough Pizza was born, offering traditional yet contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza right in the heart of North Beach.
